revisions
Revisions are small adjustments and modifications to your design proof and are meant to be a slight change toward the final design.
Ex. Change of color, change of text, font size.
Can we change x color to y?
Can we try to switch up the font to something softer glam, and less fancy?
You are allowed up to 2 small revisions per design as a complimentary, after that a $15 fee will be applied for each revision.
Please allow a 3-5 day grace period on all revisions.
*Misspellings do not count towards revisions and are always complimentary.
revisions
Redesigns are NOT revisions
If you give me an exact design concept, colors, and reference photos and I execute what you asked for, but for whatever reason, you decide to scrap it and do something totally different than we initially agreed to, you will be charged a redesign fee.
If the work has reached completion, been saved, and sent to you, and for whatever reason, at anytime you decide you want to redo the design, font, colors, etc. completely you will be charged a redesign fee.
Redesign fees are as follows:
Logo Design $40
Business Cards $15
Templates/Flyers $15
All other work is subject to redesign fees of varying prices**
Failure to pay the redesign fee will result in you being sent the original concepts we agreed to with the allowance of 2 free revisions and revisions hereinafter $15 each
rights to work
Techianna Digital/Far Out Fetch Design Studio owns all the design concepts rendered before the final design. The client understands that once the invoice is paid in full, the client has the right to utilize the design for their business and promotion and that Techianna Digital/Far Out Fetch Design Studio reserves the right to exhibit the design for business promotional use.
turnaround time
Once payment has been made to Techianna Digital/Far Out Fetch Design Studio the project will begin in the time frame given to the client. It is advised that you give the project a realistic amount of time for completion for these reasons: revisions may be needed, it may be a peak in the orders received and prior work received may take longer than expected. We provide a suitable timeframe, however, there may be an additional business day or two needed before we can begin if it is a busy time.
cancellation policy
If for any reason you want to cancel a service already rendered or paid for, that is your choice. However, due to the work produced or in queue, payments already received by Techianna Digital/Far Out Fetch Design Studio, will not be refunded in order to offset the loss of business.
